Parents
We really value the role that Parents have to play in their child's education. We see you as your child's Primary Educators. We operate an open door policy and encourage parents to speak to staff if they have any concerns or worries so that any problems don't escalate. We pride ourselves in our work with Parents and 100% of Parents in our recent survey felt that all school staff were approachable and they could contact them easily.
There are many times during the year that we like to invite you in to school to share your child's learning and successes. We hold termly Learning Cafes and Class collective worships. You are also invited to attend various church services throughout the year linked to the Church of England Liturgical Calendar. We hold two face to face parent/teacher meetings during the year and hold an opening evening in the Summer term.
Although at the moment we are unable to invite parents into school due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we are working hard to ensure that parents still feel involved in their child's education and learning journey. All parents have the email address of their child's teacher so they are able to contact them directly. We have held our Parent/Teacher meetings virtually as well as invited parents to virtual Parent information meetings for Reception, Year 2 and Year 6. We have also created virtual versions of our church services. A link to them can be found below.
We hope that you find out website informative and gives you all the information you need, but if you feel there is anything missing please get in touch via the school office.
